Very special young shoots

For several years now, France is taking inspiration from Silicon Valley and more and more startups are emerging in the most diverse fields. In high technology, but also sometimes in sectors that are less imaginable, such as local groceries or urban farms, entrepreneurs are trying to leave their mark on society.

It is in this context that the Marc Dorcel group (" The experience of lust ") launched the DorcelLab. Its objective is to put " innovation at the service of pleasure ". It thus offers sextech entrepreneurs to benefit from " the support, knowledge and network of the group". Progress cannot be stopped!

Since the mid-2010s, the market for what used to be called "inflatable dolls" and are now more "poetically" called love dolls or ai dolls when they are very sophisticated, has developed a lot. It is in particular, under the influence of the Japanese market, enormously moved upmarket with extremely realistic mannequins that can cost up to €70,000 .

Pierre Hel took up this subject and treated it in an extremely rich way in his novel. Yoko .

Yoko is the story of a man who receives as a gift a inflatable doll whose particularity is that it is undeflavable ...

He who wanted to get rid of it as quickly as possible will have to live with this sexual object which, slowly, will become so human that it becomes an indispensable companion .

The kidnapping of Yôko will lead the hero of this novel to the doors of a sort of brothel where the prostitutes are inflatable dolls in the image of political, show-biz and media figures.

In this temple of fantasies and the virtual, man will realize that in our world of hyper-communication, never have relations between individuals been so poor ; an observation which he will take the opposite view of in a strange way.
